These terms apply to all visitors, including those who submit contact forms or discovery call requests. Use of the Site does not constitute entering into a service engagement with Vikaas; paid engagements are governed separately by the Master Services Agreement.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

• Impersonate Vikaas or any Vikaas employee in connection with the Site

Descriptions of Vikaas's services on this Site are for informational purposes. Availability of specific services, pricing, and engagement terms are subject to the Master Services Agreement and Pipeline Order Schedule signed between the customer and Banao Pvt Ltd. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to contract; it is an invitation to enquire.

Submitting a discovery call request through this Site does not create any obligation on either party. An engagement begins only when an MSA and Order Schedule are signed by both parties.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
