Acceptable Use Policy.

Every message our Agents send carries both your name and theirs. This policy sets the line on what outreach we will run for you, and how your Workspace may be used. It forms part of the Master Services Agreement.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to every customer, every Workspace user, and to Vikaas and its Agents when running outreach. Capitalised words have the meanings in section 2 of the MSA.

2. Outreach we will not run

We will not send, and you must not ask us to send, outreach that is:

  • Unlawful, or that breaks LinkedIn's rules for its members
  • Deceptive — false claims, fake urgency, invented mutual connections, or misleading statements about who is writing and why
  • Harassing, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or sexual
  • Aimed at anyone under 18
  • Targeted on protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, national origin, disability, age or sexual orientation), as our AI Policy already rules out
  • Spam-volume tactics: bulk blasting, buying or renting contact lists to message, fake or duplicate accounts, or automation that sends without a human
  • A misrepresentation of identity: Agents use their real identity, never pretend to be someone else, and never claim to be your employee unless you have agreed that in writing

3. Opt-outs

If anyone asks not to be contacted — in any words, not only "unsubscribe" — the Agent stops outreach to them immediately. They are added to the Do-Not-Contact List within 2 business days and are not contacted again for you or for any other customer. You must not ask us to contact them again, and you must honour the opt-out in your own follow-up.

4. Prohibited offerings

We do not run outreach to promote:

  • Anything illegal where the Contact or you are based
  • Unregulated or unlicensed financial products, investment schemes promising returns, cryptocurrency token sales, or multi-level marketing
  • Gambling, adult content, weapons, tobacco, or recreational drugs
  • Pharmaceuticals or medical claims that are not approved where they are offered
  • Surveillance, hacking, data-scraping or personal-data resale services
  • Jobs or opportunities that are fake, require the candidate to pay, or are not genuinely open

We may decline any offering we are not comfortable representing, even if it is lawful.

5. Truthful Messaging Context

AI drafts messages from the Messaging Context you give or approve. It must be truthful: real customers, real results, real offers, real people. Do not give us claims you cannot back up, or names of clients or partners you do not have permission to use. If we find a claim is inaccurate we will stop using it until it is corrected.

6. Using your Workspace

  • Each login is for one named person. Do not share logins or passwords, inside or outside your company; ask us for an extra user instead.
  • Do not scrape, bulk-download beyond the export features provided, reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Workspace or any part of the Vikaas platform.
  • Do not try to access another customer's Workspace or data, probe our security, or get around access levels or locked features.
  • Use Prospect data from your Workspace only for your own business, and lawfully.

7. What happens if this policy is broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may refuse a message or Segment, pause outreach, suspend Workspace access, or end the engagement under MSA section 13. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it; where there is a risk to people, Agents or the law, we may act straight away. Fees for work already done stay payable.

8. Reporting a concern

If you received a message from a Vikaas Agent that you think breaks this policy, or want to opt out, write to privacy@vikaas.ai. For security issues, write to trust@vikaas.ai.
