These are the third parties that process personal data for us while we deliver the service. This list forms part of our Data Processing Addendum.

Engagements where the Order Form specifies a GCC region are hosted on AWS Bahrain (me-south-1) or UAE (me-central-1) instead of Mumbai.
2. How we choose and bind sub-processors
Each sub-processor is bound by written data protection and confidentiality terms. For AI drafting, we use only API terms that exclude customer content from the provider's training (for Gemini, that means Google's paid tier); see the AI disclosure. AI providers receive only what is needed to draft one message, and every draft is reviewed and sent by a human Agent.
3. Notice of changes
We email active customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor that will process their personal data, and update this page. Customers may object within 15 days, as set out in the DPA, section 9.
4. Other tools
Like any company, we also use standard business tools (email, calendar, video calls) to talk to customers. These may process limited business contact details of your team, as described in our Privacy Policy. They are not used to run outreach.
