1. Customer contract set

These apply when you sign an Order Form with us, including for a pilot. The Order Form, Pilot Terms, MSA and DPA together form one agreement.

3. Which document wins

If two documents say different things, the order of precedence is: Order Form, then Pilot Terms, then MSA, then DPA — except that on anything to do with personal data, the DPA wins. Full wording is in MSA section 3.
