Pilot Terms.

A pilot is a short, real engagement: our Agents run outreach for your Segments, and you watch the results come in through your Workspace before deciding whether to continue. These terms add to the Master Services Agreement for the length of the Pilot.

1. How these terms fit

These Pilot Terms apply to any Order Form marked as a Pilot. Capitalised words (Order Form, Agent, Segment, Contact, Prospect, Workspace, Workspace Owner, Customer Data) have the meanings in section 2 of the MSA. The full MSA, the DPA and the Acceptable Use Policy apply during a Pilot. If these Pilot Terms conflict with the MSA, these Pilot Terms win; the Order Form wins over both (see MSA section 3).

2. Pilot length

A Pilot runs for the length set in the Order Form, counted from the day outreach starts. The MSA's three-month minimum term does not apply to a Pilot.

3. Pilot fee

The Pilot fee, if any, is set in the Order Form and may be zero. Where there is a fee, it is invoiced as the Order Form states, and MSA section 12 applies.

4. Success criteria

Before outreach starts, we agree the success criteria with you and write them into the Order Form. They are measured from your Workspace dashboard, so both sides look at the same numbers. They are built from:

  • Accepted connections — connection requests that Contacts in your Segments accepted
  • Replies— Contacts who replied to an Agent's message
  • Prospects handed over — Contacts who shared a phone number or email address and were passed to you

Success criteria are a shared yardstick for the decision to continue. They are not a guarantee of results (see MSA section 7), and missing them does not by itself entitle either side to a refund or a fee.

5. What you get in your Workspace

Your Workspace shows the results of the outreach we run for you, counted once per person: connection requests sent, how many accepted, how many we messaged, how many replied, and how many became Prospects. It shows this for each group of people we reach for you, and for today. Your relationship manager is named in your Workspace and is your contact for anything you want added or changed. More views, such as your conversations and Prospects, are added to the Workspace during the Pilot.

6. Features not switched on yet

Your Workspace may show features that are not switched on for you yet. Each one says what it lets you do, and that your relationship manager can switch it on. Some can be switched on during the Pilot with no new Order Form. Others need a paid Order Form that includes them. A feature shown this way is not part of the Pilot, is not promised by being shown, and may change before it is offered to you. Asking for it never switches it on by itself.

7. Conversion to a paid engagement

Near the end of the Pilot we review the results with you against the success criteria. If you want to continue, we sign a new or updated Order Form for a paid engagement, which then runs under the MSA (including its term and notice rules). Your Segments, Messaging Context, conversations and Prospects carry over without a break. If no paid Order Form is signed by the end of the Pilot, the Pilot simply ends.

8. Ending a Pilot

Either side may end a Pilot early by giving 7 days' written notice (email to the addresses in the Order Form is enough). Any Pilot fee for the period up to the end date stays payable unless the Order Form says otherwise.

9. Exit

Same exit as the MSA. When a Pilot ends without converting, MSA section 14 applies in full: outreach stops, you export your Prospects and conversation records during the 30-day export window, and we then delete Customer Data as set out in the DPA. The non-solicitation commitment in MSA section 15 also applies after a Pilot.
